Quandong Farm Shiraz is a single vineyard wine that aims to highlight the intensity and brightness of fruit grown using biodynamic techniques. Our farming practices are designed to produce wines of intensity, but also with layers of texture, flavor, and interest for the consumer. We think this wine exhibits these characteristics and provides both concentration and flavor and a certain delicacy, rather than simply raw power.

*Deliveries are subject to limited Adelaide areas and suburbs, check the map for more details

About the winery: Paxton Wines

Established in 1979, Paxton is a family-owned wine company. Founder and owner, David Paxton is one of Australia’s most highly respected viticulturalists – a reputation built on managing and growing wine grapes of exceptional quality for over 30 years.

The Paxton family have nurtured their own vineyards in McLaren Vale for three decades. Internationally recognized as one of Australia’s leading wine regions, McLaren Vale is renowned for the production of super-premium quality wines – particularly red wines.

About the Cheese Company: The Smelly Cheese Shop

Valerie Henbest and Peter Heaney have been quietly revolutionizing the cheese drawers of Australia as well as the way people think about their food for years. There isn’t a single person in Adelaide who has the willpower to walk past Smelly Cheese Shop, Dough or Say Cheese without at least sticking their head in for “just a quick look”. Often, it translates to a basket of things you never knew you needed until Henbest convinces you otherwise.

What started as a small shop front for Heaney soon took on a life of its own after meeting Henbest . There was no master plan to build a web of businesses that now employ more than 100 people and import tons of cheese a fortnight. Say Cheese was Heaney’s original shopfront that soon expanded to also encompass The Smelly Cheese Shop, Dough, Market St Cafe, Cheese Co, and a wholesale business that operates both locally and interstate.
