This event is created particularly for those Who love Sourdough bread. It is such a fancy thing to bake now, so many bakers claim that they do real sourdough. Do they? Really?

How long does the dough ferment and mature for? How old is the sourdough culture and is it this really important?

Giuseppe’s baking history starts back in the ’50, before he was even born, with his Grandfather from Napoli who was actually a baker. Giuseppe, then when born in 1986 was named after his grandfather. 


If we would like to set a date on his baking journey, Giuseppe says that he started baking regularly in his chef career at the age of 19, after being fascinated and charmed by the art of natural fermentation. Since then he never stopped baking and if he had any chance to bake he’d have jumped at it. After 15 years of training, failures, and successes he decided to share everything that he learned along the way. 


Giuseppe will teach his best way to bake your first sourdough, to achieve those big bubbles into the crumb, and to finally make and bake a healthy loaf of bread at home. If you follow his advice you will see big steps forward in your baking. You will achieve goals that you had only dreamed of before. 


Success is guaranteed if you practice long enough. Take this chance to finally bake your own bread at home, save money and increase the health benefits that sourdough will give you. It is a once in a lifetime lesson, that could change your life, and the life of the generations of the future. 

The Class will provide you with A pdf format of what you will learn, that you could print or leave on your device, the sourdough culture. We recommend having a note pad and a pen, to write those golden nuggets that Giuseppe will deliver and drop during the class.

  • The first session will be held on 21st May at 10:00 am (be 10 mins early if you can)
  • The second session will be held on 22nd May at 10:00 am

You will receive your starter from Giuseppe at your home so. Tickets for this event are available only till 14th May 2:00 PM in order to allow the delivery time at your home.
