Account information and bookings


When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown on the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar, service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.


If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

WP Plugin Smush

The Plugin Smush automatically resizes and crops pictures and images uploaded on the platform by the users. Smush does not interact with end users on the website. Smush sends images to the WPMU DEV servers to optimize them for web use. This includes the transfer of EXIF data. The EXIF data will either be stripped or returned as it is. It is not stored on the WPMU DEV servers.

Smush uses the Stackpath Content Delivery Network (CDN). Stackpath may store web log information of site visitors, including IPs, UA, referrer, Location and ISP info of site visitors for 7 days. Files and images served by the CDN may be stored and served from countries other than your own. Stackpath’s privacy policy can be found here.

Contact form

During the process of contact, the users’ e-mail, name, and surname, name of the company operating on the platform (if available), and a number of booking/ticket (if the contract is for a refund of cancellation) will be collected and recorded on the platform. This information is used by our customer service team only to ensure the appropriate execution of the agreements. Information will be held on AgriAdvntures servers for the minimum time required.


If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. This is for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

With whom we share your data.

AgriAdventures doesn’t share customers information for promotional purposes with any third party.

Name, Surname, Accounting address are recorded on the platform during the user’s account creation only for administrative purpose.

Final customers booking details.

Name, Surname, e-mail, and phone number are on the Vendor account only available in the booking details section.

When you register an account with us, book any activities or accommodation all your personal information will be transmitted to the relevant supplier. Such data will only be collected, processed and held in accordance with AgriAdventures rights and obligations. Your Name, Surname, E-mail, and Phone number, are available only in the Vendor account, under dashboard, order section. No external communication like e-mails or chat message will contain your private details.

Events contacts details

Events contact details are provided to the final customers upon ticket purchase, this information is provided only for guaranteeing the correct event execution.


We process payments through PayPal. Some private information is transferred to Paypal, including data essential for payment procedures. All information required for processing the payment is directly collected from PayPal and is not stored on AgriAdvnentures servers. Transaction from AgriAdvnetures’ PayPal account to Vendors’ PayPal accounts are monitored by our staff.

Hosting provider

Customers data is stored on the SiteGround hosting provided platform, and located in Amsterdam, Europe. SiteGround is a primary quality hosting provider which offers a high standard of privacy protection.

  • All Servers use PHP 7 v. with the latest security patch updates.
  • HTML platform works on Apache chrooted
  • SiteGround uses an IDS/IPS (intrusion detection system IDS) and Intrusion prevention systems IPS)
  • ModSecurity web Firewall is installed and updated.

Personal Data retention

We store personal information only for as long as reasonably required for its purpose or legal obligation.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

  • All inactive accounts will be retained for no more than one (1) year.
  • All pending orders will be retained for one (1) day.
  • All failed orders will be retained for one (1) day.
  • All canceled orders will be retained for one (1) month.
  • All completed orders will be retained for five (5) years.
