These three courses fine-dine dinner is set up to be a truly sensory experience.
A trip, a journey to Italy discovering three regions, a wine tasting paired with care with traditional and innovative dishes from the Rezz Head chef, Kaushik Aiyer, and the Sommelier and Host Simone Berliat.
Music from the Dualita Italian Group and, videos provided by the National Italian Tourism Board will immerse us in an authentic and innovative experience, where we will be able to discover more about our senses, in the newly refurbished Rezz Hotel in Newton.
